Dr Sun is an absolutely loving kind Doctor. Who treats her patients with nothing but love everytime they visit. She has so much patience when it comes to my boys they are both Autistic so having her follow with their care is really comforting. I can't thank her enough. And the office staff are very kind as well. Highly recommend 👌
Go and find another place for yourself. The staff here and Dr. Sidana absolutely do not care about you at all. Please find yourself another doctor. Even if you arrive on time for your appointment, you are made to wait unnecessarily for at least 30 to 45 minutes without any explanation. When we ask the doctor a few questions, we don’t even receive proper answers. This place is completely poorly run and makes no sense at all. Everyone is rude and unfriendly.
I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for pediatric care. I've been through a grueling 2.5 years dealing with the staff and doctor at this office. We've had enough. When it comes to the front staff at the desk welcoming patients and families, you'll find more cheer in a graveyard. Sad to see how an environment set for the well being of children is filled with workers that lack humanity, kindness, or any sort of dignity when dealing with patients and their families. A wonderful pediatric clinic. The staff members are always warm, friendly and efficient and every appointment has always been on time. Our doctor (Dr Sun) is always so friendly, thorough and caring, and both my boys love coming to see her! A really fantastic, clean and welcoming clinic, we are very happy with our experience here.
