I have been a patient here for some time. My last visit was very disappointing. I had been waiting for the results of a bone scan. Unfortunately the scan was incomplete as it didn't show fractures that had already been seen on an MRI. The pain I was in was not addressed; I was not examined and felt that I was not being heard.
