Poor patient prioritization and time management. Even with confirmed bookings, patients are not seen on time. Families with infants, attending specifically for infant appointments, are left waiting 1–2 hours despite having scheduled appointments. This creates unnecessary stress and reflects poorly on the clinic’s ability to manage patient care efficiently.
Great experience with my family doctor (Dr. khalil ) at Vaughan Medical Clinic. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients. The clinic is clean, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff and helpful doctor
We have been with Dr Khalil for about 3 yrs now. He also happens to be our first family doctor in Canada. He is quite considerate, knowledgeable and has extensive experience in family practice. This is visible and felt if one takes patience to hear him out. We are very satisfied with him and the support staff are an amazing bunch of folks. Always there, caring and supportive. Recommend him and VMC to anyone needing a family doctor.
