They don't respond to phone calls and you need to call them days on end to get a live person.
Terrible business that will ignore your request and send you to their shady lawyer.
The community website was not working for months and then went unregistered while at the same time they were directing people to the site for fee explanations.
Lots of turnover with the staff, not sure why nobody wants to stay there but it makes it really difficult to deal with them.
Unhappy with the service. very poor client support.
Absolutely the worst management company. Monthly fees will skyrocket, the atmosphere will be negative towards owners, the staff will be different that you need to work with every year, and they will go long periods of time without wanting to address issues that you have.
Less than 1 Star. Will find any way to charge you after you’ve fulfilled lease and have moved on. Terrible management. Nothing was ever fixed upon our request (even from the original checklist that was 2 years old). I’d recommend going with a different company.
