I had a fantastic experience at this colonoscopy clinic. The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The facility is clean, well-organized, and ran efficiently, ensuring minimal wait time. The entire process was handled with care and professionalism, making an otherwise stressful procedure much more comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of a colonoscopy!

I recently had a colonoscopy done at this clinic and since then (5 days later), I’ve been experiencing a soreness in my left abdomen. I called the clinic to inquire only to be completely dismissed by the rudest receptionist. She insisted that my symptoms had nothing to do with the procedure and proceeded to tell me to contact my family doctor. I called to reschedule an appointment for my boss who had an appointment for the following day, one of the receptionists picked up the call and had the rudest tone. She was incredulous that someone would not be able to make their appointment and proceeded to hit back with "you know there's a $150 cancellation fee!" in an even ruder tone. I told her no problem and to relax. She didn't like that very much and hung up.
