Just had my Colonoscopy done at this facility. It was top notch right from booking the appointment to arriving and checking in . The nurses and Doctor were fantastic and super friendly . The facility is super clean and staff is very professional. Second time here would not go anywhere else.

From the moment the receptionist called to set up the appointment to the end when all was done, everything was top notch. Vaughan Endoscopy Clinic is the BEST! They are kind. They care more than you can imagine. They are approachable. You can trust them. They will guide you. I have had colonoscopy procedure work done at Vaughan Endoscopy and the best way I can describe the engagement is "It is the fastest, coolest, smoothest car wash in the world. That is how much they care about your health and well being!" I have and will continue to trust these medical professionals and you can too.
The owners of this clinic need to review their approach to customer service. It is poor at the best. My wife had a colonoscopy appointment on Sep 29, 202t at 2:20 pm. When we arrived, we were told that the appointment was cancelled. Then the receptionist told us that the doctors are ready and waiting to take her in. ????. I just want to thank the entire staff, from the first phone call to book my appointment to the end of the procedure, what a great experience. Total first class place, the whole staff from prep to recovery. I will recommend to all my friends. Keep up the great work.
