I recently had a colonoscopy at Vaughan Endoscopy Clinic and I only have great things to say about the entire experience. From the moment the receptionist called to set up the appointment to the end when all was done, everything was top notch. They contacted me regularly and provided full details of what I had to do before the appointment. I called a couple of times before the appointment and they were gracious every time. Vaughan Endoscopy Clinic is the BEST! They are kind. They care more than you can imagine. They are approachable. You can trust them. They will guide you. I have had colonoscopy procedure work done at Vaughan Endoscopy and the best way I can describe the engagement is "It is the fastest, coolest, smoothest car wash in the world. That is how much they care about your health and well being!" I have and will continue to trust these medical professionals and you can too.
The owners of this clinic need to review their approach to customer service. It is poor at the best. My wife had a colonoscopy appointment on Sep 29, 202t at 2:20 pm. When we arrived, we were told that the appointment was cancelled. Then the receptionist told us that the doctors are ready and waiting to take her in. ????. I just want to thank the entire staff, from the first phone call to book my appointment to the end of the procedure, what a great experience. Total first class place, the whole staff from prep to recovery. I will recommend to all my friends. Keep up the great work.
The entire team is really professional and kind. The communication before the procedure was really detail and I appreciated the reminder call and email to confirm the appointment. The day of the receptionist was really nice and welcoming. The clinic was really clean and Dr Ostro and his staff were amazing. Keep up the great work!
