The staff at the Vaughan Diagnostic and Cardiac Clinic have been amazing. Always patient and willing to accommodate on a short notice.
Gave my health card and requsition ...told me to take a seat...most staff came late..waited 25 minutes and they said ECG technician will not be in today... appointement was made for a week later ...went up the road and they completed within 20 minutes..cancelled my apponietemnt there after ...TERRIBLE Customer Service...No Regard or Concern for Patient's Time..DO NOT RECOMMEND...!!
Terrible service. Had an appointment 9:40 am. For a x-ray. They call and cancelled my appointment 10 min before I arrived. Had a specialist at 10:40 am the review the x rays. I do not recommend Vaughan diagnosis.
The best thing about this clinic is the treatment at the reception. I would say it’s very rare to find someone like Mr. Arjun. He is such a great person, full of manners and professionalism. We need more people like him. God bless you, Arjun. Please continue treating people the way you do—it’s truly fascinating to watch and observe.
CALL BEFORE GOING EVEN-THOUGH YOU HAVE A BOOKED APPOINTMENT! Do not honour booked appointments for ECG. Do not have courtesy to call and tell appointment has been cancelled! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t realize people take a day off for this and they don’t even call!
