The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member who assisted me during my visit was quite different. I found her manner to be unprofessional and lacking in empathy. I do not know her name, but she has red hair. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and, based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable returning to this establishment.
I fell on my wrist from skateboarding, and went to the clinic. Ultrasound lady was very nice and got my results very quickly. Thankfully no fracture or broken bones, rest and ice! Thanks again
We have brought my mom to Vaughan Diagnostic & Cardiac Clinic multiple times now, and every single visit has been fantastic. The medical staff and front desk team are consistently professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to her needs. Navigating cardiac care can be stressful, but they always take the time to answer our questions and ensure she is completely comfortable. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently.
