Terrible service!!! I had a pregnancy ultrasound appointment booked here at 12:40 pm. It was my first time visiting, and I arrived 10 minutes early. They also asked me to drink 1 liter of water before the exam, which made the long wait even more uncomfortable. I ended up waiting for an hour, and no one called me in or gave any updates. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back. I wish I had checked the reviews before choosing this place.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service provider. The person I dealt with -Atefeh Masnavi Ultrasound technician - was beyond rude—completely unprofessional, dismissive, and downright aggressive for no reason. She asked me to go empty my bladder and after 2min she came knocking on the bathroom door and shouting: “if you don’t do it very quickly now, you will have to reschedule your appointment, I will not wait for you”! The worstttttttt clinic ever! I got there 10 mins before my appointment which was 10 am, I get there and I waited till 10:30 am and I told them I have work and my appointment was at 10 they said we will take you soon, I waited until 10:45-10:50 am! There’s this guy at the desk he came to me and gave me a form to sign saying we cancelled your appointment with FULLL ONNNNN ATTITUDE! I threw the paper away and fought it back respectfully!
