my dad came here and waited 40 minutes for his appointment just for them to tell my dad to wait longer?? i ended up taking him to my dentist right after and they didn’t make him wait at all, no issues nor a 30-45 min wait time. this place is no good at all, trust me, there are better dentists out there and there is a reason this place only has 4 reviews and at 3 stars

I went here on Sunday for a teeth cleaning as a new patient and it was a horrible experience. I was first asked how much money my insurance provides then went onto the teeth cleaning. The 2 staff that are doing my cleaning are only speaking in their own language (very unprofessional for someone who doesn't speak that language) and then told me a nightmare, I have 10 cavities, need a root canal and need 2 teeth extractions. This office has good DR and assistance except the receiptionis she is not do her job being rule. Never follow up patients next scheduled appointment. She is the front face for the office. Not good to talk or see her before see the doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Duong for numerous years. She is always on time. She has very balanced management plans for when there are issues. I like that she cleans my teeth herself. Cleanings at other dentist offices are often done by a hygienist and then the dentist comes in the end for a few minutes to examine. Since Dr. Duong does the cleaning and examination together, there is no waiting and my appointment is always complete on time.

The dentist and receptionist are Vietnamese but they also speak English. Very clean and tidy. The dentist, Dr. Duong, is professional and helps me maintain my teeth and smile. The receptionist calls you the day before to remind you of your appointment. If you don't have insurance they only do cash, no debit/credit.
