I would never go in this place again! The manager "Dan" was so disrespectful... On top of the fact that this woman "Michelle" told me on the phone I had a "VIP appointment" with a manager at a certain time then when I get there the manager is gone and the manager (Dan) that was there said he couldn't fill in and his exact words were "sorry we can't be here 7 days a week for 14-16hours a day... The Internet Manager of Vatland Honda, who calls himself Mr. No Fuss, as well as Mr. Vatland himself, were extremely fussy and rude to me when I tried dealing with them via email. They were both very condescending in their replies and gave me a take it or leave it attitude, refusing to negotiate on what they claimed was the best deal they could offer. Great Experience! – I went to the Vatland Honda in Vero Beach and it was great! Neil Jarman was a great saleman. He was poite, knowledgable, and trustworthy. I recommend this dealership to everyone!
