Absolutely love Dr. Reddy! She is so knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously. Can’t recommend her enough!
Staff is friendly and Dr.Reddy is nice and she tells me the truth. Like what I need to do how it works and why. One year in and my health is way better. Not perfect because perfect isn’t attainable but she gave me a more realistic livable lifestyle that I can enjoy and maintain with medication and diet. I can enjoy life without feeling guilty.
Dr. Reddy will take the time to listen to your concerns, explain any details and help you address any health concerns. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients.
Dr Reddy has basic competent skills in her practice and I have seen her at least 2 yrs maybe even 3. The problem I have is with office staff scheduling appointments. 3 times my appointments have been moved but God forbid I have an emergency(a broken arm) and I had to reschedule/cancel an appointment. I received a scolding letter from the office manager stating if it happened again I would be charged and likely dismissed as a patient. Is that right? My PCP sent a referral on October 23, I called their office a couple of days later and was told the referral goes through a process and could take up to 2 weeks to approve. The office person advised to call back if I hadn’t heard from them in 2 weeks. Waiting 2 weeks to see a specialist isn’t unheard of so no problem.
