The absolute worst pediatric doctor my son has ever seen. Rushed through everything. Horrible bedside manner, talked about things in front of a seven year old that she never should have. Would not listen to my concerns as a mother and basically brushed off everything I was saying to her. SHE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH CHILDREN. Such a dismissive “know it all” who really seemed to not have the patients best interest at all.
I’ve been going to sumitt Health for over seven years and have always had good or okay experiences - until now. This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review. Our visit with Dr. Chundru was really disappointing. She seemed rushed, wasn’t warm with my 3 year-old, and came across as physically rough. For ex tapping my daughter’s mouth hard to get her to open it. She was absolutely fantastic and informative. Wonderful with my 2 year old!
Charging insurance more! My daughter was tested for flu and step and i got a bill from my insurance to pay extra. In the past 2 years with their regular doctors in Summit health, I have never had to pay for these same tests and I was told its because the service was coded as high complexity when nothing special or extra was done. Im still fighting this out but beware.
Dr Vasudha Chundru was cold, judgemental and unsympathetic when I brought my son into urgent care after a fall at the playground. She gave unhelpful and snide remarks when I asked questions. I've always had very positive experiences at Summit. For the sake of other patients, maybe this was an off night but I will never see her again.
