The sad thing is this person is actually a good psychiatrist. She is willing to work with you to try to meet your scheduled needs as well. I did miss a day due to me completely throwing out my back and being in the hospital. The office tried to charge me $160 for a missed appointment fee. I did speak to Katherine who is the front office admin and she said there is nothing they can do about it. I do want to say that Katherine is very friendly. I love Bo and Dr. Ahuja. Bo is fast responsive when needed and Dr. Ahuja has helped me a lot as a person since I first started with her. Thankful for her.
