Although the décor is nice, the "expert" persona was very disappointing. I am African American. The owner indicated to me and assured me that they are experts in all textures.......NOT! The Caucasian owner referred me to a Caucasian hair care person. I was reluctant but moved forward because they do have several African American operators. Wow! I have very short hair with a nice curl. She put in a relaxer timidly, did not work in through, washed it out and then trimmed it out! Absolutely did not know what she was doing.... read more
