Their "Expert" Devi Vasu, misdiagnosed a patient, without proper evaluation in 2019. Then refused the individual the help they requested due to her textbook bias and general lack of social understanding. She is a perfect example of what the wrong person in a position of power can do to ruin someones life or potentially set them back. It took 3 years to get her error corrected.
