While the medical care you receive is excellent. Try getting someone to call you back and answer a question or address an issue. VERY unimpressed with their responsiveness. And no, we weren't asking silly questions. We were telling them that their fax for a test never went through so it needed to be sent again. Took 2 months until after they sent a letter yelling at us for not having the test before someone would listen when I called and the issue was addressed. Second time calling in asking for results for an out of state c... read more
