I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My wife and I hired Vastola Heating & Cooling to install a new furnace and air conditioning system after being quoted approximately $11,800. During the sales presentation, we were told we had been approved for a loan at 9.99% interest. Donnie from Vastola was wonderful in every way in the maintenance visit for my furnace and AC unit. Extremely competent and knowledgeable. Donnie is a true asset to Vastola company.
We signed a contract in November 2025 for my mother in law to get a generator. It’s June 23,2026. Still no generator. They even called in the spring to see if we still wanted it and I said yes. They said they would order it and call me when it came in. Zero stars.
