Vastola did a great job installing our water heater and furnace/ac. They have kept up on reminders for service/cleaning/maintaining our units and couldn’t ask for a better partner.
My Dad’s air conditioner died and they were right out the same day to get it running and then installed his new one within the week! Highly recommend!
Always a great experience
Had them out on 7/16 for an AC leaking into pan instead of condensate pump. To start, the secertary was very ignorant and rude on the phone with my wife when she was making the appointment, talking to her like shes a 6 year old. Tech came out and fixed issue. Once tech left the AC was running, but not cooling. Called emergency after hours and was told someone would call back in 10-15 minutes. We never got a call back until the following Monday 7/21.
