Just switched my car insurance over to them and it was super easy and quick! Scott had everything ready for me when I came in and explained the paperwork thoroughly.
I cancelled my insurance by phone on June 19. I was never told I needed to sign a cancellation form and in the three weeks since I cancelled, I have had not one word from anyone at Vast or Auto Owners. I finally called them today to be informed my annual premium refund will not be issued until a cancellation form is signed. I expected a higher level of professionalism from Vast. My premiums have been paid on time. If this is the way paperwork is handled, I am glad I switched companies.
