Had a 2:00 appointment.He then he only texted me around 5:00 that he couldn't make it that day. He said he would show up the next day. Then on the next day he never showed, never called and never texted. Then 5 days later he called at 9 am to tell me he is about 10 minutes away to treat the bedbugs. He hadn't even given me a estimate. Also I noticed that they only have a 30 day warranty. I have checked and there is places that have a 1 year warranty. He was able to beat their prices with no "hidden" costs. He was very thorough with our first service and explained everything very clearly.
