I placed an online order on 03 Apr 2026. Order was confirmed. After 3 weeks I reached out for an update. I was advised the item ordered would be ready for deliver on 28 Apr. I received an email on the 28th advising me that my order was ready. The email included a picture of the item that was in the shipment. Lovely and very helpful staff. Beautiful selection of quality furniture, can absolutely recommend.
I want to share my negative experience to hopefully save others from making the same mistake. I purchased a TV unit and a coffee table online and paid $300 for delivery to Sydney. The website clearly stated that the items were in stock and would be dispatched within 2–3 business days. However, after two days I hadn’t even received an order confirmation. We purchased outdoor chairs and cushions from Vast, and within 12 months they had faded significantly. When we raised this, Vast advised that the manufacturer would not provide any further support, and as a result they would not assist us either—though they suggested we could spend another $1,000 to replace the cushions. This response reflects a clear disregard for consumer protection obligations and reasonable after-sales service.
