Typical Boston area slumlords like someone else said. They do the bare minimum to maintain their properties. Leaking ceilings, mice, super old windows and appliances. Only plus is that they don't raise the rent by much. But don't expect luxury...
Slumlords. Do not rent from them. Rented from them prior to the pandemic and I’m shocked they’re still in business. You can expect mold, vermin, and no response from anyone except their handyman - who is the only reason they get any stars at all. AVOID at all costs.
