This is NOT a great bank for small businesses. I'd have switched long ago if it weren't such a PIA. Exceedingly poor transaction detail online, inability to get more information if needed, and lack of timely statements for accounting.
This bank is overextended and was bought by out by out-of-state investors. They changed the terms of loans and revoked agreements already in place with their clients to save themselves, exemplifying the lack of ethics in our banking system.
