Terrible experience. Treats patients like they are under him. I was denied my own medical records and also accused of lying. He told me he was in my insurance network, but I called my insurance multiple times to confirm this and he is not. He also does not show up on my insurance's website when searching for network doctors.
Dr Vassos is excellent and so is his staff. He is highly skilled and makes sure that his work is perfect. He is pleasant and puts me at ease when I'm in his chair.
Dr Vassos and his staff operate a highly supportive facility. Dr. Vassos has performed tooth extractions, crown placement, chipped tooth repair, whitening and periodontal grafts on me and/or my children over the past decade. The outcomes have been uniformly excellent. He calls and checks up on the evening after procedures. He knows how to delegate responsibility. His staff is responsible, friendly and professional. Dr. Vassos is a perfectionist and it shows! He is passionate about his work and delivers very high quality care to his patients. I was recommended to him by a former employee of his who raved about him. I needed a gum tissue graft. I had one done 15 years ago and have less than fond memories of that experience. It was completely different with Dr. Vassos. He put me at my ease as soon as I sat down by chatting amiably with me as he prepared for the procedure. Dr. Vassos is a pleasure to visit and I don't say that lightly. He performed a root canal on my front tooth and I almost fell asleep while he was working on my tooth. That means NO PAIN!!! I will continue to be his patient into the far future. Gary Bolin
