they have had my simplicity 42 inch regal mower since feb> 2021. I have been waiting for a part they say is out of stock . I am still waiting to get my mower back. 575.00 for annual maintenance. and the roller assembly for the deck. AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOT THE PART!!!!!! THIS BUSINESS IS NOT A BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS? Buddy i BELIEVE IT!!!! I SURE MISS THEIR DAD!
I have used Vassey Lawn and Garden Center before for my Toro Zero Turn mower it was a 500.Dollar repair very expensive , it is only one of very few Toro dealers in the area for me and it is a two hour dive and I have been told that only Toro dealers can work on Toro Lawn mowers. This time I brought my Dads self propelled mower in for repairs the transmission went out ,its only a two year old mower, so I told Vassey Lawn to give me an estimate, if it was over 200 dollars, I would just replace it with a new mower , Vassey repa... read more
