HORRIBLE experience hiring Vasquez Roofing ( the owner of the business being Hipolito Vasquez). My 92 year old mother contracted Vasquez Roofing to put a new metal roof on her house on May 29, 2024. She told Vasquez that the roof was leaking and that she needed the work done before Hurricane Season. He gave her an estimate and told her that she needed to pay half to order materials. I hired Vasquez Roofing to replace my roof, repair my chimney, and repair some drywall in the garage due to water damage. I gave them a deposit in September and they still have not done any work. I have contacted the office numerous times by phone and e-mail and have been repeatedly told they would get back to me about when the work will be done. Nobody ever calls back. It’s been two months. If you’re looking for roof repair or replacement I recommend you go elsewhere.
still waiting for Jaelyn or the (mysterious man whos supposed to call back)3 weeks ago. Also called last week and still never got a call back. Quote signed at beginning of month and still not a call or anything. If this is how it is once the qoute is signed i would stay away from this company. It looks like there is 0 accountability. High on excuses and low on results is likely with this company so beware.
Called and scheduled an appointment about some water damage we noticed on our ceiling. They showed up on time, talked us through what they thought the issue was, fixed it and went on their way. Would definitely recommend, friendly service and knowledgeable.
