Renters beware! As a property manager for another company, i am highly disappointed with this company. I lived at one of there rental units for 3 years and was NEVER late on my rent. I had replaced the capacitor on the HVAC unit due to the HVAC being so old it was constantly going out during the extreme hot summers and I couldn't be without AC with my 2 year old daughter in the house. Horrible company. I scheduled an appointment for the fallowing day. I drive for hours to make this appointment. Then they ghosted me. 30 min after our appointment and multiple calls and text this is the text I received. “My apologies, I've been on the phone the last 30 minutes because I'm having car issues, I didn't even think to call you while trying to figure out what to do about my car” Never heard from them again.
As a first time seller, I was struggling on where to begin until I found Jessica Delapaz business listing. She did a wonderful job explaining every detail of the process and assisted me every step of the way. She is extremely responsive to calls, emails, and questions. She provided me with a stress free experience and I strongly recommend her if ur looking for a real estate agent!
