I am literally worried to leave this review because I’m afraid too many people will discover this amazing local resource. The doctors and staff here are the kind of attentive, thoughtful, kind, generous, professional medical care that i have looked for my whole life. I could not recommend them more highly.
The staff and doctors at Vashon Natural Medicine are amazing. They are efficient, caring and friendly. This is the only medical clinic that I truly trust my care and my children's care to. The front office staff is amazing and always welcome me with a big smile. I feel safe and comfortable in their office. Front desk staff made multiple mistakes with my information, leading me in circles for weeks while I was desperate for medical care. When I discovered the mistakes they made through other offices trying to deal with the incomplete mess of information they sent over and pointed it out to the staff here, the rep got defensive and hung up on me. Don't expect clean paperwork or accountability from the desk staff.
