I had my procedure today. To give context I do not do well at all with anything related to medical things with Dr. visits, including blood draws or the dentist. After my consult the Dr. assured me that this was not a big deal. The Dr. told me he has done over 10,000 of these procedures. For the week leading up to this procedure I couldn't sleep, I was so anxious and wasn't looking forward to it at all. I took the provided medicine 30 minutes before my appt. If I can save one person from this place, Do not go here, see a Real Urologist.
They are all about just collecting money, fee for this, fee for that, pay now, that's all they talked about was money. Had emergency come up had to cancel 2 days before and they don't care just give us our money $150 reschedule fee.... very unprofessional. Office was dirty. My dog had a nicer facility and was treated better when I had him neutered.
