Excellent staff, put you at ease with humour and chatting, and gentle atmosphere. The hardest part is definitely the lead up. 5 minute procedure: done and done. Definitely recommend if you need/want a vasectomy.
Emailed instructions to feed baby an hour before and give Tylenol 30-45 prior to appointment. The appointment was supposed to be at 2:30pm, but the receptionist called at 2:00pm asking if we could come at 3:30pm because they were behind schedule. We arrived at the building, got off the elevator and were confused where to go since the signage for “Gentle Procedures” is not clear. It’s within another business. If there's one thing I can suggest, it is to ADD A LARGE SIGN FOR GENTLE PROCEDURES ON THE DOOR OR GLASS. I went up the elevator, and was confused, went back down, double checked the sign on the wall, and went back up. Almost everyone else who came in after me was confused as well, walking down the hall looking around before coming in and asking "is this gentle procedures?". Extremely discreet location making it hard to find. Fyi, the office doesn't have a Gentle Procedures sign anywhere to clearly indicate that you're where you are supposed be for a nervous guy!
The front staff were very nice. The office is very clean. The doctor was not gentle. My appointment was way back in Oct. 2022. The nurse that got me all prepped up was nice. But again the doctor was rough, tugging and it seemed like I was an inconvenience. I had a friend that went a few months later and he shared the same experience as me. If you can wait, your GP can do the same procedure.
