Had a great experience with my surgery. The doctors actually listened to what I had to say and didn't try to recommend the things I've already been doing for the last decade. Wait times were short and the procedure went well with minimal discomfort.
I specifically chose this location after: 1) The great customer service I received when I called to inquire about the practice. I was truly impressed by how patient and helpful she was in answering all my questions. 2) The reviews I read. However, our experience was not what I had expected. We had a 9 am appointment scheduled for an ultrasound and follow-up consultation. Before the appointment, I received several text messages and phone calls reminding us of the upcoming appointment.
