Courteous and professional treatment. The doctor was very knowledgeable.
Very impressed with Dr. Protack. Excellent description of the procedure. Procedure itself went well, I think, cannot tell details because I was asleep. After procedure, excellent description of how it went - great, of course. Post operation appointment Dr. Protrack was into available, nobody told me until I got there, got Dr. Osgood instead, who took my blood pressure (ok) and looked at my scar, and asked how I feel, and that was it.
