I had a wonderful experience with Dr. M. Osgood. He's patient, kind and attentive! Even though all my news wasn't the greatest, Dr. Osgood's delivery is everything. Even when the news is not so pleasant. I really prefer to only see him, whenever possible. I trust him. The staff (nurses, sonogram techs and front-line staff) are also to be commended for their time, knowledge and patience.
Only issue was the wait for the doctor; but that is typical for a medical appointment.
The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because I had an extremely long wait. I later found out that there was only one doctor in the office. My only suggestion would be that someone inform the patients of the situation upon arrival, so we would have been prepared to wait.
First visit, will see how it goes.
