Had what I thought was a consultation to which I was told I needed a procedure and had to make another appointment. I have to schedule my days off from work 30 days in advance so I make the appointment for then. I get to my next appointment and it's another consultation!!! The process was explained very poorly!! The word consultation was never said at my original appointment. Feels like a way to double bill my insurance.
