I was referred out to KU Med at the beginning of July for TOS. I wasn't given any information on who to contact, so I patiently waited. It wasn't until beg-Aug that KU med contacted me to ask "are you experiencing any symptoms". I stated yes & then the lady said, okay thanks - someone will call you back. Then hung up. Another 2 weeks goes by & I hadn't heard a thing from them. I called KU Med general # bc I don't even know who called me or what department called me.
