office staff friendly , professional and fun. appointment took 10 min. but the wait time from check in to seeing provider was 40 min.
I recently had a procedure done at the River location by Dr. Sabot. He and his team are AMAZING! From the moment Madeline scheduled me, to JoAnna and Lisa checking me in and prepping me, to Laritza and Tasue taking care of me during the procedure, to Dr. Sabot expertly performing the procedure, everyone treated me with utmost kindness, care and respect. 10/10 would recommend!
Nightmare trying to make an appointment at the Vascular Suite. Spent an hour and a half making multiple attempts. Current call on hold for over half an hour and I'm sure it will just disconnect at 5pm. Yep it just did. Earlier, was on hold for over 20 minutes and suddenly it switched to a busy signal. Those are just some of the highlights. No matter how good the doctors are, the prospect of having to go through this to communicate is deeply discouraging.
My visit went smoothly and fast. Staff was kind and took their time to answer all my questions. I was done in less than 30 minutes.
Everyone very personable and knowledgeable. Little or no wait time. NP David Stout is excellent. I would recommend him to everyone.
