Completely unacceptable. Emergencies happen. Absolutely they do. Waiting 3 hours past your appointment time to even be called back for a procedure that's going to take up to 2 hours is ridiculous. And they knew they were behind way before we arrived. They could have called and told us to delay our arrival. Then to have one of the nurses coming out and complaining to the desk worker about getting out of here late "because we still have one patient" which was us!!!
