The physician assistant that I saw at the Latham facility on 6 wellness way was condescending and completely dismissive of my concerns. The word “patient” doesn’t equate to being subordinate. UPDATE: If they were really interested in understanding my experience they would answer the phone or respond to the vm and/or email provided in the response.
My elderly mom saw Dr Mehta for a angiogram. I would not recommend using them and she won’t ever again. Terrible communication and very unprofessional when addressed because of poor communication. I could write everything that happened down here but I’d be wasting more time than I already have with them. NEVER AGAIN!!
