I had a terrible experience with his staff. They are very rude on the phone when you are trying to make an appointment. His staff seems incompetent with any communication. They informed me that my insurance may not cover my procedure, and would call to let me know. They never called, so I figured everythng was fine. I call a few days before the surgery, and they informed me that it was canceled because of insurance. They knew this for two weeks and never informed me. Dr Konyalian is an excellent and well experienced general Surgeon. He is soft spoken and shows compassion towards his patients. He explains well about the procedures that he is going perform. I had been his patient twice, first, it was in 2020, he performed the surgery of removing my gall bladder. The prognosis was good and i healed fast. My second surgery was just over 2 weeks ago. I had a sebaceous cyst in my sternum that my PCP strongly advised to be removed. So my PCP referred me once again to Dr Konyalian to perform the... read more
