OMG reading all these bad reviews if I would have known from the beginning to check I would have never wasted my time going to this place they already charged my insurance I regret ever stepping foot in this place please don't take your loved ones or anyone they're so unprofessional
I gave 1 star but if possible I would have given no stars. Staff is insensitive and not helpful. It's a shame that they show no care for their patients. I'm not surprised this place has low stars. I hope they read this and make a change. People come here needing help and the last thing they need is behavior like from staff.
Katie is unprofessional, rude and she doesn’t care about patients. I brought my mom to a follow up visit following Dr Maginot’s verbal indication. Before speaking to the doctor Katie was crass in the manner she spoke to us and managed to give us wrong information.
Rude office staff and nurses I wish my moms surgeon could find a new place to work and staff because he seemed nice but the receptionist literally got into a shouting match with me when I tried to discuss my mothers improper discharge from Long Beach memorial with her Waited a whole week for appointment only to wait an hour to be called back another hour for the surgeon to come back while he was talking to my mom and i she came in rushing the surgeon out saying she had a “full house” then as we were leaving I stopped to use ... read more
