Terrible service, the receptionist made an appointment, waited a month and drove an hour, when I got to the office they told me that they don't have a specialist surgeon, they only told me that they make a mistake and I have to go somewhere else
I guess I might as well just forget about my surgery. I don’t think it’s ever going to happen. How can a medical facility operate like this, is well beyond me. No stars from me, but I had to put one in order to post this.
OMG reading all these bad reviews if I would have known from the beginning to check I would have never wasted my time going to this place they already charged my insurance I regret ever stepping foot in this place please don't take your loved ones or anyone they're so unprofessional
I gave 1 star but if possible I would have given no stars. Staff is insensitive and not helpful. It's a shame that they show no care for their patients. I'm not surprised this place has low stars. I hope they read this and make a change. People come here needing help and the last thing they need is behavior like from staff.
Katie is unprofessional, rude and she doesn’t care about patients. I brought my mom to a follow up visit following Dr Maginot’s verbal indication. Before speaking to the doctor Katie was crass in the manner she spoke to us and managed to give us wrong information.
