I met Dr. Sundaram after being hospitalized for an infected ankle wound. Over the years I had had several of these wounds. Once I was released he immediately scheduled several tests to determine the cause. The office staff are extremely friendly, informative and professional. While I wasn’t expecting to be hospitalized, I was very happy that it connected me with a caring doctor that listens and never rushes me. I had a procedure done, paid my bill in full, asked for an itemized receipt for my HSA card and they act as though there is no way they can do that. I’ve called their billing number repeatedly and left messages and they never call back. When I call the doctor’s office they say they can’t give me an itemized receipt because it’s all handled by the billing company, who won’t return my calls. My HSA card is frozen until I get the receipt and they are doing nothing to help me. I would avoid this office. I find this very unprofes... read more
