I had a procedure done, paid my bill in full, asked for an itemized receipt for my HSA card and they act as though there is no way they can do that. I’ve called their billing number repeatedly and left messages and they never call back. When I call the doctor’s office they say they can’t give me an itemized receipt because it’s all handled by the billing company, who won’t return my calls.
