Rude receptionist. I barely had a chance to explain why I was calling and she cut me off. EDIT: it took a year for a response to my review. I did not have an appointment, I was not rescheduling an appointment. The receptionist was not trying to tell me to reschedule earlier. I was calling for urgent medical record information and was cut off before I could get that across.
