Friendly, helpful staff
Loved the doctor and the ultrasound tech. Front of house today is a total miss. I was told my procedure was not covered. She heard the word medicaid and just shutdown. I told her how the process worked. I have 2 insurances. She informed me again it would not be covered. Medicaid this that and the other. Her phone rang. She said she would reach out. She did. She says.. told you its not covered. I called my insurance to see why, and file an appeal. Well yall never contacted them, and never submitted a prior authorization. So m... read more
My mom got sick in the waiting room and they treated her with excellent care. The care instructions were communicated very well.
