Great people and doctors
Vascular and Vein Institute is not like other clinics I've been to, where you feel more like cattle, being herded from one person or procedure to another. You're not hurried, but it doesn't take forever to be seen. Everything is explained clearly by friendly, medical professionals. Your comfort, safety, and care are always the most important thing. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
SLOW!!!!! But verify nice peoples but the office in West Memphis didn’t give my aunt insurance cards back to me and I informed the secretary about it and she said she gave them back to me,however someone from the Germantown called and said they where there but never been there!!! Anyway after 4 months of them telling me they are in the mail or I can come pick up in the West Memphis office NOTHING!!!!No cards!!! Me having to drive 40 minutes 4 times!!!I was really mad as HELL!! Finally the cards suddenly in the mail!!! Pathet... read more
