Your customer service is horrible. I have called their office now for over a week and every time I get an answer that they will get right back to me. Only for me to call again and get the answer they’ll be there this afternoon or early tomorrow morning. Now I called today and the answer is they’ll be there tomorrow morning. This is terrible customer service
The service they provide is horrible. They don’t maintain your pool or equipment and will charge you for it any anyway. They have no clue especially dean what they are doing. Pool always looked terrible. So glad dean walked off the job and sped and away thank you for quitting after neglecting our pool for so long.
Unfortunate that they couldn’t clean my pool correctly No sweeping of sides of pool or steps. I always got a little note on the door at the beginning of service saying they had been there. After a few years they stopped and also were hard to get to come for fixing tubing etc. My dogs were always locked up if they came in the day they said they would come. Communication bad between the secretary and staff. She would state she couldn’t get a hold of they guys to c… See more
