My five years at this office ends today after the worst bedside manner from the older dentist Dr. Tiu: failure to check color match before services rendered (I had to bring this up), aggressive physical tapping of a 110lb woman, mocking and incredulous scoffing when I pointed out my concerns, gaslighting from their assistant when I brought up my concern, choice of words when I corrected Tiu's I'm sorry *IF* I offended you THREE times when I told him it's not IF. Friendly staff that make you feel at ease.
I have been a patient as well as my family for 20+ years. Both Dentists (father/son dentists) are great including bedside manners. Their front desk staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful especially dealing with insurance stuff. Its always nice to go back for my dental needs.
After 8 years of avoiding the dentist due to fear and anxiety, I finally found a place that changed everything. Vasco Dental, run by an amazing father and son team, made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care helped me overcome my fear. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and the environment is calm and comfortable. 100% recommending!
Vasco Dental is a very professional place. All the staff are very kind! They always make me feel at home!!! Ellen is the sweetest person, Dr Tiu ( dad & son) are very professional, honest, caring! I highly recommend them!
