I’ve been a loyal fan of your products for a long time, but this recent experience has completely changed my perception of your brand. I placed a large order of lipsticks and balms to take overseas for family, and when I noticed that nothing had shipped even after five days, I contacted customer service. I really love their pencils, ,however their customer service is very bad. Cannot speak to anyone. The order I placed was delivered in front of my "closed business address ", in a heavy pedestrian side walk. I usually ship items to my office ,a building that is open during business hours . The carrier Veho "left it in the middle of the street and was for sure stolen . Veho has a bad reputation with delivery issues. I adore this product and have used the foundation and face powder for over 20 years. Recently, however, I've noticed the foundation requires more product for full coverage than it used to. Also, the face powder doesn't seem to leave as flawless a finish as before; it appears somewhat ashy. Nevertheless, this remains my favorite everyday makeup.
