The receptionist has a bad attitude and they don't answer my calls I would never come here I'm 16 weeks pregnant and they haven't seen me
Provider is great, front office is very unorganized and not very good at getting things handled properly.
Giving this office a 4 only because the front office girls are the WORST.. the NP and Dr is great! you leave with your questions answered and everything.. my only issues are the front office staff girls literally do not acknowledge you at all with any type of greeting they will literally carry on with a conversation they are having and act like you are not there, they have 0 customer service.. it’s such a shame because Dr vish, the NPs and the back office staff are great and actually make you feel known.. they should really ... read more
Back 2021 I went in for an ultrasound, this being my second pregnancy after an 11 week miscarriage, the nurse did my ultrasound and said she needed to go talk to Dr.V. She came back a few minutes later and wiped me up and said to come back next Tuesday with my husband. I asked everything was okay she said yes Dr just wants you to come back. So we both come back the following Tuesday for Dr V to do my ultrasound and say the baby was dead and was dead last week at the time of the ultrasound.
