I’ve been a member at a few different Vasa’s now. This is the nicest vasa location equipment wise, but for some reason the nastiest and least kept up with in terms of cleanliness in the locker rooms/ bathrooms. Toilet paper, piss, poop all over the toilet seats and floors. All 3 bathroom stalls are never useable do to (at least one) being clogged, or so gross that no human should go near it, or there isn’t any TP stocked up. I just spoke with her about a concern I had regarding a KidCare policy, and she showed genuine care, patience, and professionalism throughout our conversation. I was visiting from out of town and the manager McKenzie refused to let my partner and I buy a day pass, saying that it was no longer possible and we needed to get a studio membership for the single day we were here. She then walked away before the conversation was over while we were in the middle of asking a question.
