Got bought by genesis. Failed to let customers know. I moved and got charged 3 months for a gym I couldn't go to. Needs better communication to guests when selling out to big buyers
Honestly reminds me of like an upgrade version of planet fitness. More equipment than it and spread out. Doesn’t remind me of a genesis gym but is good when the main genesis locations are closed. Good alternative since they stay open longer.
If i could leave 0 stars i would , customer service is terrible . Genesis is terrible . Do not join .
