I had a disappointing experience at this VASA location. I signed up online for a free trial day pass and showed the confirmation when I arrived. The employee, Kaylee, asked for my ID, and when I showed my out of state ID, she told me I had to be a Colorado resident to use the pass. I explained that my husband and I had just moved here for the military and that I do live in Colorado—I just haven’t had the chance to switch my ID over yet. I want to give a huge thank you to the staff working at Powers Vasa tonight on 7/13/26. I was planning to do Kidcare from 6:15-7:45 for my 2 young kids while I attended the evening aqua extreme class. Unfortunately with traffic, the stroller breaking in the parking lot, and my baby making a big #2 when we were about to go in, I came in late (around 6:40). I honestly love it here, everyone is super friendly, $25 a month gets me all the access I need to lose weight and get healthy again. My ONLY complaint is the hard water from the showers and drink stations, if the waters hard that means all the chemicals from the water district are coming through as well. Yall need a Whole building system to eliminate that.
