I switched over to VASA in January, along with a bunch of others from a close by rec center, and really was pleased with the experience and price. Until summer hit and the air conditioning broke in the group fitness classes. It has consistently been over 80 degrees to START class - it only gets hotter with all the bodies moving and sweating. Today, September 15, 2025, marked my inaugural visit to this establishment, as I typically patronize the location in Aurora, situated near my residence. While I intend no offense, the individual with the noticeable “lazy eye” exhibited a lack of customer service proficiency. Staff are fantastic. Weight are 10/10. Cardio equipment is amazing. Olympic lifting area is tops! Unfortunately the most commonly used piece of equipment seems to be the "spa area closed" sign which is frustrating as it was expressly why I signed up for this gym.
