The fitness center offers a generally positive experience, although it can experience periods of high traffic. Early morning visits provide a more comfortable environment. The facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

As a Studio member, I love VASA's amenities. From the group fitness and yoga classes to Studio LFT and the massage chairs, this gym has everything I personally need and love. The LFT classes are an amazing newer addition and it's like having my own personal trainer. The Studio classes like LFT and Deep Stretch Yoga fill up quickly, so I make sure to book my spots 2 weeks in advance. Had to go back and edit this review because after talking to another employee who I absolutely love here recently after this incident, I had learned that this girl told me her name is Mica, who is in fact another employee at this location. Her name is actually Gabby and this review is directed at her. This is just another disappointing piece to go along with this review, really shows her character. This club has gone down hill and does not seem to have the care and attention of any one that owns or runs it. I just canceled my membership today because the locker room cleanliness is absolutely deplorable. The floors are always filthy and there has been graffiti in the lockers for months now (see my photos). The equipment maintenance and availability is abysmal and the staff don’t seem to care about the facility either. All the seats and handles on the equipment are grime and crusty. Came to this location with a guest pass and they would not honor it. I am in town for 3 weeks for training and then in a month or 2 I will be relocated here. They said they would only honor a guest pass if I was for sure buying a membership (what is the point of a guest pass then?) Terrible customer service.
