My rating has absolutely nothing to do with the gym itself, the staff or the equipment. I actually love all of those things! I am rating extremely low to maybe get the attention of the people in charge of the billing policy. I have been a member for 3 years now, the first year and half I never missed my membership payment. Absolute joke of a gym. Take your money and light it on fire, will be a better investment then this joke of a gym
I have gone to this vasa since 2021. Amenities: The pool will be closed on average 5/6 days a month. The spa will be closed on average 7-10 days a month. Sauna and steam room go out for a week or two every other month. Count on only two of three toilets working in the men’s room at any given time. Cleanliness: Locker room is very dirty always. Especially in this post-covid, post-greek-letter variants, post monkey-pox, post-hanta-virus - ad nauseum, why does vasa STILL not believe in toilet seat covers?!!! No, when we're rushing to take a poop, we have to, one-a-time carefully apply strips of ultra-thin toilet paper that flies away if the auto-flush eagerly goes off.
