Over crowded during all hours of the day, dirty equipment, old people who waste time talking to their friends while hogging a machine. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I was here about a week ago. Some guy was recording under my shower stall from his. I went to the front desk and asked for help. They just asked the guy if he was ok and left him in there to record for 2 hours. Until I called the cops. I thought they were calling the cops. They told me after an hour of waiting for resolve that they didn't call the cops and that I should now. The gym isn't as safe as it should be. They had no concern. They did nothing. I used to be a member 4-5 years ago and it was ok. Back then I used the pool a lot, but I cancelled my membership because the pool water was extremely cold. I asked all the time what was happening, and they kept saying that the water heater or whatever warms the pool water up was broken. 5 years later, I show up to try some of the classes, a free 3-day trial was denied by the girl at the front desk because I used to be a member long ago (even though I never took a class, and instructors and classes change all the time).
