One of the worst gyms in the United States. The manager Jordan couldn't run his own house even if the instructions were in front of his face. Next time take accountability on your team. Unable to use a trial day pass at this location. Was told I had to pay a $15 day pass.
Pretty nice gym I love everything about it, except for the fact that they consistently play some really disgusting things on the tvs in the cardio area. Almost every time I go there is at least one tv that plays something disturbing. They often play gruesome episodes of fear factor. And will often play true crime shows that will display literal dead bodies. That honestly my only complaint about this gym and I hope that it gets fixed.
This place is a complete joke when it comes to customer service and treating people. On Saturday a regular was hogging machines and got into a teenagers face a would not stop. He was aggressive and would not leave a kid alone. The older man hogging machines was white and was gigantic. The kid was Mexican. Staff kicked out the kid and let the white guy keep working out even after saying racist commend to me who is a 3 year daily member. I used to think I was doing everything right in the gym—until I realized I was working hard without truly pushing myself. For a while, I was cutting corners while expecting better results. I’d come into the gym, lift weights for an hour and a half or more, and wonder why I wasn’t making the progress I wanted.
