Honestly really disappointed. I have had an issue with my membership for a month now with no resolution. I had to resort to snail mail since my emails where getting ignored and now I have officially been left in the dust. How hard can it be to reinstate a membership that has been active since 2019 without any trouble until now? Its obvious that I like using Vasa. Incredibly frustrating when they aren’t open on the days their hours are posted. Today and a few other mornings they have not been open at 4 as listed. We’re paying for a service and the bare minimum can’t even be done.
Gym is decent when employees show up to open the gym at its normal time (today was at least the 3rd time within the past 6 months that I'm aware of where mo one was there to open at 4am). Cardio equipment and massage chairs consistently have "working on the issues" signs on them. They need to look into whoever is their cleaning crew as it seems like the inside of some of the lockers dont get cleaned and the pool needs to be vacuumed out more along with cleaning the scum line
Unfortunately, like many gyms, VASA fitness hides their fees and policies until you're 99% signed up, and already gave them your bank account information, address, and phone number. Someday, I hope gyms realize it's in their best interest to be open with fees and policies upfront... You also aren't allowed to use barbells on their turf (since it damages he turf), which makes it pretty annoying to do any barbell workouts We gym users don't mind paying fees, but no one likes surprise extra costs.
