If you travel for work, don’t bother with this gym. I was told at the front desk the cancellation fee would be waived by customer service since I only needed a membership for a month as a travel healthcare worker. After trying to contact customer service for weeks, I finally get an answer today that they will not waive the fee. All travel nurses or any other travel job, find another gym who will accommodate you. Vasa doesn’t care.
Women’s showers have broken soap dispenser, there’s 3 showers back to back near the handicapped one that haven’t had working soap dispensers for at least a couple months now
Excited to do a 3 day trial as just moved to Denver. Registered online and would not allow trial without a Colorado license. They then asked for a passport as if I would carry that with me. I showed a picture of my passport and they would not accept that. Literally a joke
Revised review, had issues with broken machines and over crowding on singular machines but they’re fixing it as best they can!
