Very disappointed with the management at this location. My son is a college student who froze his membership. He is here for Spring Break so we let him use our guest passes.He had no problem getting in for a few days but this last time we were told he couldn’t have an “active membership” and use our guest passes. My husband and I both have premium memberships and my son has been with Vasa for 3 years. I was told by the GM if I don’t like their policies I can cancel my membership and leave. Norma has been extremely kind and helpful, I’m going to miss her when she leaves!!!
Avoid this place like the plague on Monday-Wednesday. It’s beyond overcrowded between the hours of 3pm-7pm. The sauna is filled to the brim 90% of the time. $20 membership is nice. But what you get for a $100 more elsewhere. Is astronomical.
Enjoy Vasa fitness. They have everything I need to train. I just wish they had more sitting benches for the pool area, weight training area, and shower areas.
5/5 stars for the group fitness classes. Specifically body pump lead by Margie and Corrina!! Thank you for kicking our butts in the best way!
